On the second day of the ‘Namaste Trump’ event, US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat. Earlier, President Trump and First Lady received a ceremonial welcome at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Later, PM Modi and President Trump held bilateral talks at Hyderabad House. India and the US have finalised defence deals worth #3 bn. President Trump said that India will purchase more than $3 billion of advanced American military equipment, including Apache & MH-60 Romeo Helicopters. First Lady Melania Trump also visited a govt school in Delhi in the south Moti Bagh area. The US First Lady attends ‘Happiness Class’ and thanks India for a warm welcome.
