Gandhi Park near Clock Tower is considered to be the oldest parks of Dehradun. Named after “Father of the Nation”, Gandhi Park is a charming retreat for joggers and fitness freaks.

The park features plush surroundings ideal for practicing Yoga/Meditation and the well-marked trails that are great for walking and jogging.

Benches are placed at various corners of the park, where many elderly people and visitors sit and relax. The park also features a kid’s play area which has swings, slides and the newly introduced toy train. Health and awareness camps are also held here from time to time.

• Bus service to Gandhi Park is easily available from various routes like D.L. Road, Clement Town, Rajpur and Nalapani.
• One can also take the Vikram no. 1, 2, 3 and 5 that will drop you at this park. Dehradun railway station at 2 km is the nearest railhead while Jolly Grant airport at 26 km is the nearest air connectivity to this park.
